Senior Account Executive
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Account Executive. The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients to achieve revenue targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth delivery of services. Business Development Representative
The Business Development Representative will engage in prospecting conversations with Director, VP’s, and C-Level executives in the public affairs and government relations department of agencies, associations, companies, and nonprofits. The successful candidate will be well spoken, focused, have a high appetite for success, possess high energy, and be goal-oriented.The Business Development Representative (BDR) will generate new business opportunities by following a proven prospecting methodology, will identify and research lists of companies to target, and will develop email and telephone campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Qualify all leads using the BANT system (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
- Focus on identifying “pain points" for prospects during the discovery process
- Execute outbound calling campaigns to targeted prospects to generate sales qualified leads (SQL's) for the sales team to close new business.
- Strategize with senior management and sales executives to determine outreach strategy.
- Map prospective accounts around organizational structure, people and existing technology.
- Engage and manage communications to executives to targeted leads in pipeline
- Manage and nurture a large lead pipeline with the intention of converting to SQL’s.
- Leverage Salesforce, Seamless AI, and Sale Navigator to manage prospecting activities.
Responsibilities:

Sales Research Manager
The Sales Research Manager will utilize technology platforms (such as: ZoomInfo, Seamless AI, and Linkedin Sales Navigator) to conduct sales research, source new contacts for target accounts, review daily political/policy news, and identify organizations who need digital advocacy software to advance their policy goals.
The Sales Research Manager will identify multiple points of contact for target accounts at the Director, VP, and C-Level. These executives will be leaders in the public affairs and government relations sector. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, focused, detail oriented, highly productive, analytical, intelligent, thoughtful, creative, and methodical.
Responsibilities:
- Source new points of contact at target accounts and research new accounts.
- Utilize technology platforms (like Seamless AI or Zoom Info) to conduct sales research.
- Research political and public policy news trends daily to identify key market verticals.
- Generate 500 leads per week of newly sourced organizations with three new POC's.
- Record all new accounts, contacts, and leads sourced in Salesforce.com daily.

- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, analytical thinking skills
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales research role at a SaaS company.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
Marketing Director
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading an effective marketing strategy to support revenue growth. The Marketing Director will be responsible for designing innovative product and content marketing campaigns that promote OneClickPolitics as a thought leader in the digital advocacy space.
You will work closely with the CEO to develop a plan for increasing engagement with our content as well as driving an increase in "Marketing Qualified Leads" (MQL's). The Marketing Director will strive to fully understand our marketing needs, develop a budget, and drive revenue growth through successful marketing and advertising campaigns on Hubspot, Linkedin, Google Ads, and StackAdapt.
Successful candidates will possess initiative, strong work ethic, stable work history, creativity, as well as superior writing and time management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and update web content on Wordpress sites.
- Interview clients and design well documented case studies.
- Secure written and video testimonials from happy customers.
- Create marketing, sales collateral, and other digital assets.
- Analyze and track marketing performance metrics (i.e. MQL's)
- Work closely with the CEO to develop marketing automation campaigns on Hubspot.
- Manage digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and StackAdapt.
- Read policy news daily (Politico, WaPo, the Hill, etc) and research competitors.
- Understand OCP’s ideal customer profile, target market, products and services.
- Conduct monthly updates to the company website and manage blog postings.
- Oversee all company social media accounts and post frequent updates on IG, FB, and LI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years experience in SaaS marketing
- Must have fluency in Constant Contact, Wordpress, Google Ads, and StackAdapt.
- Experience with graphic design, web design, copywriting, and videography is a plus.
- Background in advocacy, public affairs, government relations is a plus.
